Oliver Szöcs in the co-owner of the company and took over the role as director in 2014. He coordinates all the activities of the business and is the main point of contact for clients. He has lived and worked as a business consultant in seven countries on three different continents. He speaks English, Spanish, German, Hungarian and some French.
Elisabeth Szocs has an amazing creative touch and brings our rental apartments to life with her Mediterranean design, furnishing and decoration advice.
Andrea Anderle assists with all matters related to Rental of Properties from key handover, coordinating cleaning/maintenance to managing the guest relationship during their stay and legal compliance. More recently she is also coordinating small and major refurbishment works for our clients.
We have further assistance from experts in field of Marketing, which includes managing the Website, Social-Media, Mailouts, Print material and other campaigns. We collaborate with more than 100 real estate agents worldwide who receive information about our property listings and/or short-term rentals.
